Refund Policy for Tournament Registrations

Eligibility for Refunds

Tournament registration fees may be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • Tournament Cancellation: If CS Gaming Hub cancels a tournament for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • Tournament Rescheduling: If a tournament is rescheduled and you are unable to participate on the new date, you may request a refund.
  • Early Withdrawal: If you withdraw from a tournament at least 7 days before the event start date, you may receive a partial refund (80% of the registration fee).

Non-Refundable Situations

Tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Withdrawal less than 7 days before the tournament start date
  • No-shows on the day of the tournament
  • Disqualification due to rule violations or misconduct
  • Technical issues on your end that prevent participation
  • Changes in the tournament format or rules that were announced in advance

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other serious circumstances that prevent participation, please contact our support team with appropriate documentation. Refunds in these cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy for Subscription Services

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

For our subscription-based services:

  • New Subscriptions: You may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not participated in any premium events or used any premium features.
  • Renewal Payments: Automatic renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will maintain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital products such as guides, training materials, and other downloadable content are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided that the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  2. Go to the "My Purchases" or "Order History" section
  3. Locate the transaction you wish to receive a refund for
  4. Click on "Request Refund" and fill out the refund request form

When requesting a refund, please provide the following information:

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it as follows:

  • We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5-10 business days after processing.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card used for the purchase
  • PayPal Payments: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating bank account

In cases where the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we may issue the refund through an alternative method at our discretion.
